Predicting Your Students’ Advanced Placement (AP) Success - Part1 Learn how the AP Potential can help you identify specifically which students show the academic aptitude for succeeding in Advanced Placement (AP) exams. Many students who have the ability to succeed in AP classes “fly under the radar” and would not ordinarily be encouraged to enroll in AP courses. The aim of AP Potential is ensuring that no student who has the potential for succeeding in AP is overlooked. AP Potential predictive data is generated from student scores on the PSSS exam (Preliminary SAT Scoring Service). Students may take the PSSS exam as early as 8th grade.
